Source transparency
Opportunities retain source metadata and, when available, a direct link to the original public record so you can verify important details before acting.
TRUST CENTER
Soonfind is built to make public information easier to monitor without hiding where it came from, how fresh it is, or the limits of what an automated score can tell you.
Opportunities retain source metadata and, when available, a direct link to the original public record so you can verify important details before acting.
Source-health indicators show whether monitored datasets were checked recently or appear delayed. Public agencies remain authoritative and may update records after we ingest them.
Opportunity Scores expose evidence coverage and a factor breakdown rather than presenting a hidden “magic” score. Missing evidence is treated as missing, not as proof.
Watches, private notes, tags, follow-ups, exports, password changes, billing controls, and permanent account deletion remain under the user’s control.
An opportunity means that a newly detected public record matched the filters of one of your Watches. It is a cue to investigate. It is not proof of purchase intent, a guaranteed lead, an endorsement by the source agency, or a prediction that outreach will succeed.
Opportunity Intelligence cross-references records already available to Soonfind, verifies live public records when possible, surfaces named public entities or contacts, measures related activity, and produces a concise lead brief. It is designed to reduce research time, not replace judgment.
Opportunity Scores prioritize based on available evidence such as Watch fit, timing, published commercial scale, related activity, and public reachability. Scores are not purchase-intent probabilities and are not suitable as the sole basis for consequential decisions.
Soonfind distinguishes between account/workspace information and records already published by public sources. Private notes and workflow data are account-scoped. Public records can contain professional or business contact information because the source agency published it.
Soonfind does not currently use advertising cookies or sell account/workspace information to advertisers. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Public availability does not remove obligations around privacy, marketing, communications, discrimination, or professional conduct. Users must verify source records and comply with applicable rules before contacting a person or business. Automated high-impact decisions based solely on Soonfind output are prohibited by the Terms of Service.
If you believe a Soonfind record materially differs from the original public source, or you have a privacy or security question, contact support@soonfind.app and include the public source and record identifier when possible.
