LEGAL & TRUST

Privacy Policy

Soonfind monitors selected public datasets and turns relevant activity into user-defined business opportunities and opportunity intelligence. This policy explains what information we process when you use the service.

Effective October 5, 2026 Operator: ARBOUND LLC, Wyoming, USA

1. Who operates Soonfind

Soonfind is operated by ARBOUND LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“ARBOUND,” “Soonfind,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Questions about privacy can be sent to support@soonfind.app.

2. Information we collect

Account information

We process your email address, authentication status, account identifiers, plan status, and security events needed to create and protect your account.

Product and workspace information

We process Watches, filters, notification settings, saved opportunities, private notes, tags, follow-up dates, and related product configuration that you choose to store in Soonfind.

Billing information

When paid subscriptions are enabled, Stripe processes payment details. Soonfind may receive billing identifiers, subscription status, plan, renewal dates, cancellation status, and invoice-related metadata. We do not store full payment-card numbers.

Technical and security information

Our hosting, authentication, database, and security providers may process IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, request logs, and similar technical data required to operate and secure the service.

Support communications

If you contact us, we process the information you provide so we can respond and maintain a record of the support request.

3. Public-source data

Soonfind collects, normalizes, compares, and displays records made available by government agencies and other public sources. Those records can include business names, professional names, roles, project locations, mailing addresses, license information, permit information, and contact details that the original source publishes.

Public-source records are separate from your private Soonfind account data. An original agency can update, correct, delay, or remove a record. Soonfind therefore provides source links and verification context whenever practical, and the original source remains authoritative.

4. How we use information

  • Provide authentication, Watches, matching, alerts, Priority Inbox, saved opportunities, and follow-ups.
  • Generate Opportunity Intelligence, Opportunity Scores, and lead briefs from available public evidence.
  • Operate subscriptions, billing, account limits, and customer support.
  • Detect abuse, investigate incidents, secure accounts, and maintain service reliability.
  • Improve product quality, source coverage, matching accuracy, and user experience.
  • Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers to operate Soonfind, including Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure, Resend for transactional email, Stripe for billing when enabled, and Cloudflare and related hosting infrastructure for application delivery. These providers process information on our behalf under their own contractual and security obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the security or rights of Soonfind and its users, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell account or workspace information to advertisers.

6. Browser storage and cookies

Soonfind uses browser storage and similar essential technologies for authentication, security, session continuity, interface preferences, and product functionality. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we later introduce non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and implement consent controls where required.

7. Retention and deletion

Account and workspace information is generally retained while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account from Account Settings. Deletion removes account-linked Watches, saved-opportunity state, private notes, follow-ups, and Opportunity Intelligence history through the product’s deletion workflow.

Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, legal compliance, or backup integrity. This can include a minimal record of the Terms and Privacy Policy versions accepted when an account was created. Public records ingested from government sources may remain in Soonfind’s normalized public-data history independently of any individual user account.

8. Security

We use access controls, authenticated database policies, encrypted network connections, account verification, password-security controls, and service-provider safeguards designed to protect account data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

You can update account security settings, change notification preferences, export selected product data, and delete your account from the product. Depending on where you live, applicable law may also provide rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information.

To submit a privacy request, contact support@soonfind.app. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

10. International use, children, and changes

Soonfind may be used from countries other than the United States, and information may be processed in jurisdictions where our service providers operate. The service is not intended for children under 18. We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date.
