LEGAL & TRUST
Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to Soonfind, including its monitoring, alerting, public-data research, opportunity scoring, and subscription features.
1. Agreement
By creating an account, accessing, or using Soonfind, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you use Soonfind on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
Soonfind monitors selected public datasets, normalizes records, matches them to user-defined Watches, sends alerts, and provides tools to prioritize and research potential business opportunities. Features, coverage, limits, and source availability can change over time.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
4. Public-data limitations
Soonfind relies on third-party public sources that we do not control. Source agencies can publish incomplete, delayed, incorrect, superseded, or unavailable information. An opportunity means that a record matched your Watch; it does not mean that the subject intends to buy a product or service, is qualified, or will respond to outreach.
You are responsible for reviewing the original source before relying on a record for outreach, contracting, compliance, credit, employment, housing, insurance, or any other consequential decision.
5. Opportunity Intelligence and scoring
Opportunity Intelligence, Opportunity Scores, relevance labels, lead briefs, suggested next actions, and similar features are decision-support tools generated from available public evidence and product rules. They are not guarantees, professional advice, predictions of purchase intent, or representations that an opportunity will convert.
Scores can change when source data changes, new records become available, or methodology is improved. You must independently verify important facts before acting.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Soonfind to:
- Violate law, regulation, contractual rights, intellectual-property rights, or privacy rights.
- Harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, or unlawfully discriminate against any person.
- Send unlawful spam or conduct outreach that violates applicable marketing or communications rules.
- Make automated high-impact decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, or eligibility based solely on Soonfind output.
- Bypass access controls, probe the service for vulnerabilities, interfere with operation, or overload sources.
- Resell, republish, or redistribute Soonfind as a bulk public-data feed without written permission.
- Use the service to build a competing dataset or product by systematic extraction of Soonfind output.
7. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the price and interval shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the billing portal; cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
8. Beta and evolving features
Features identified as beta, preview, experimental, or free beta may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued. Beta limits and promotional access do not create a right to future free access.
9. Your content and our intellectual property
You retain ownership of private notes, tags, Watch configuration, and other content you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, back up, and display that content solely to provide, secure, and improve the service.
Soonfind’s software, interface, branding, workflows, and non-user-created materials are owned by ARBOUND LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials.
10. Third-party services and availability
Soonfind depends on public agencies and third-party infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery timing, source freshness, or that every public record will be detected. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and verification; we do not control those websites.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Soonfind at any time and may delete your account from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or material violation of these Terms.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soonfind is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARBOUND LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the service or public-source data. ARBOUND LLC’s aggregate liability for claims arising from Soonfind will not exceed the amount you paid for Soonfind during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you under local law. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming unless applicable law requires a different forum.
We may update these Terms as Soonfind evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
